 In 1989, the Eau Claire Amateur Radio Club Volunteer
Examination Team was formed by Steve Bluem
KA9OMY and Jim Staatz
KI9H. For the past 23 years the ECARC has administered over 225
examination sessions.
All examiners hold amateur Extra class
licenses and are certified by the
Amateur Radio Relay League and the Federal Communications
Commission.
The ECARC sponsored examination sessions will be held on the
